Videocon Customer ID :[protected] I have recharge the above customer id for Rs.792/- on 14.12.2015 @10:33:33 a.m. and the transaction was not successful and the amount was deducted from my bank account. So, again recharge the above customer id for Rs.792/- on 14.12.2015 @10:36:33 a.m. the transaction was successful and the amount was deducted from my bank account. The unsuccessful transaction amount of Rs.792/- not yet refunded to me. Please refund the amount.
