Vd2h has some of the most unethical practices when it comes to handling customers after they have given up their service. I was a customer till the end of may when i moved apartments in bangalore and surrendered my service.
Little did i realize that i was going from the frying pan into the fire. My owed balance of around rs 4, 000 was promised to be sent to me by check multiple times by multiple supervisors. These staf[censored]nfortunately have no authority to work on and close an issue. All they say is "sir, i apologize so much for the inconvenience - however, i promise that within 24hrs, our refund specialist will call you up and process the refund". Inspite of specifically asking to speak to a higher up who could sort out this issue, i was not transferred. Till date - i have called your call centre atleast 10 times, spoken to umteen useless "supervisors" with no money returned.
The latest stint was yesterday night when i talked to pawan and then kiran ub (Floor supervisor) who as usual gave me the same speel.
It was supposed to have been resolved today by someone calling - but hey, you know what happened - nada.
Does vd2h have any qualms at all of duping your customers?? - if you were such desperate for 4k, you should have just come out and told me that you were bankrupt and needed the money to top you off.
Monday morning i am approaching and filing a consumer court compliant with all relevant dates of calls, people talked to and results promised documented and submitted. I have had enough of the bs your company talks and you will hopefully learn the meaning of customer service. Was this information helpful? |
