My customer id #[protected]
My d2h is not working since thursday, 9th june evening. It says signal not available please check your connection.
I called customercare and logged a complain with woid : 43711760 on friday and till date issue has not been resolved and no engineer has called and visited to look into issue. Thereafter i am regularly calling customercare and everytime new complain number is raised and i get a reply that it will be solved in 8 working hours but no action has been taken yet. Its 4 days and my d2h is down and not a single call and resolution provided not even a followup.
My complains[protected],[protected],[protected] has been raised and no action.
I get reply that complain against engineer has raised and concerned team will look.
Till date no call has been received from engineer and no followup has been done
