Smart service 12m add-on package was activated without taking any approval from me and money was deducted from my account. I raise a complaint #[protected] on 27'th june 2016 and there is no response and my money was not refund yet. I called customer service more than 20 times and its very poor response from them. Please do not take 12m package from videocon d2h, they say 1 month free. You think that you are free from monthly recharge for 13 months. but it will come only for 11months. they activate some addons without your knowledge and they deduct money.
