We are a customer of videocon d2h connection (Customer id[protected] and are unable to view most of our paid channels since last one month. We have repeatedly made complains to videocon customer care and everytime was told technician will be coming within 24 hours but unfortunately no body has visited to our place till now. We have paid our subscription of which balance of 1400+ is lying with them. If they are not able to cater our complain and restore the normal services can you ask them to return our money back so that we can opt for some other dth connection.
An early action will be highly appreciated.
