Respected sir,
As my cable network of videocon d2h was not working properly since 3month, we had given complaint but there was no proper response towards its. But today they had sent an engineer for the repair the engineer before 3 month had charged 450 and even today he charged but the customer care of videocon said us tht it was but free but they have detected amount from our d2h recharge.
(My mobile no:[protected]) engineer has charged extra from us even the customer care of d2h also did the same. Plz take an action against it
