[Resolved] Videocon DTH — Package price change without intimation | |||
The price of package which i was subscribed to was changed without my knowledge. The package subscribed was south gold hd, which was costing rs. 390 pm. The price was changed to rs. 485 pm in march. After march, i had multiple contacts to their customercare for various other purposes and all the executives still said rs. 390 pm is my pakage rate. I happened to know the new rate, today when videocon sent a msg asking for recharge. So all these months videocon was mugging my cash, without my knowledge! Contacted the customer care, after multiple disconnects and spending about 1 hr on phone one of the executive forwarded the call to some supervisor, who didn't even know how to talk to a customer. His attitude was, this is how videocon d2h works! He could not even suggest a package for me. Moreover, since videocon did not have a toll free number i had to spend on my phone to talk to the customercare! The supervisor told that there was a broadcast sent to each stb, but i missed the msg on my tv. It could have been read by some other family members, even my son who's just 6 yrs old.
