Videocon DTH — Poor service by Videocon DTH

My Customer ID: 83119700 Name : Balaji.R i am using 2 STB one is HD DVR with 500GB and HD STB, iam facing problem in recording for the past 5 months, i raised complaint no.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] etc.)to the customer care several times they closed the ticket without my confirmation and finally videocon service person (Mr. Satish [protected]) called me and changed the used STB the very next day onwards the STB keeps on rebooting, i called Mr. Satish several times he is not picking my call, till now the problem is not rectified. iam very much frustrated with the videocon service.
