Videocon — Dth service has deducted my amount | |||||
Since 23th march i am waiting for one complain to get solved. Videocon has not solved my complain till date. Consumer forum please help me. 1st complain no –[protected] – 23rd march 2nd complain no –[protected] – 26th march 3rd complain no –[protected] – 27th march 4th complain no –[protected] – 28th march Apart from this why videocon executive and supervisor disconnect the call. Even videocon manager mr. Rehman – mob no – [protected], he said me will call back me in 24 hrs on 28th mar. Till now i have not received the call. We would like to inform you that Add On SMART SERVICES 12M was activated on basis of IVR call done from our end on your RTN & after receiving confirmation prompt from your end same Add On was activated on July 22nd 2015 and also confirmation SMS regarding activation of same Add On was sent on your RTN, since then we have not received any request for deactivation of same Add on from your end, however same has been cancelled now on March 28th 2016 .

Till date you were finding out my call which i made on 11th July 2015. You are unable to get that record. Now on that you come up with new way saying IVR...
I never ever called on the IVR nor any sms received to me for the same.
On 11th July 2015 i received the sms on that i have complaint for deactivating. This was not solved from your end. I have the proof of my call made for deactivating, what do you have?
This is not the right solution of my complain. Need a resolution and my refund.
