Videocon DTH — set top box not working from 27th february, 2019 to till today

I am extremely unhappy with pathetic service from the Videocon d2h. I am very very angry with vague customer care replies. i am following them from the date of 27th February, 2019 to till date but they are not responding.
I would like to request to you kindly help to get resolve this.
