Videocon DTH — Unnecessary amount deducted | |
Hi, My videocon customer no. 52374952. I have complaint to deactivate one of the channel (D2H Cinema) which is cost rs.60 p/m to customer support executive. but they did not deactivated. after that i received message that my due date is 28th of march where i have recharged on 3rd March 2016 and date should be 2nd of april 2016. After calling to customer care, they told me that channel is not deactivated and they took my complaint (Complaint No[protected] for that channel they have deducted my amount and also without any notification they have changed my due date i.e. 28th March 2016. When i ask them to refund my 5days amount they told me they cannot refund as the channel was activated they have charged for that. I want to know why they are charging me for this channel which i already told them to deactivate. the mistake had done my their executive and not myself. Even I explain the same thing to them but they are not ready to understand. They are always giving a negative response for this query. Please help me in this situation. I am unable to do anything as they are not ready to refund my amount which they have deducted also they are not ready to extend my period of 5 days which they have change tobefore 5 day of my recharge. Still i am waiting for resolution. Still m not getting any proper resolution on my case. As still this people are saying that they cannot refund of extend due date. As i already told them that was your employee mistake and m suffering because of him.
