Hi, engineer has been visited & replaced the cable but he has been taken the 130rs. charges for that is type of service you are providing.I hope this is my last service from your videocon Company 7 i will suggess to my all friends & family to purchase your bad service product with you or yours dealer, retailer, or rds whatever.
