Videocon India — Cooling problem in Referigerator | |
Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased the refrigerator on 6th jan 2013 and used one
year and after that this was giving problems like gas problems, cooling and
now again it is giving cooling problem. I made complaint on phone and person
visited home and he said we need to replace freezer and it will cost Rs.3200
more, I already incurred 2000 on this within a 2 years of purchase. I want you
to please replace this freeze as I am thinking that within a 3 years of
purchase, I will incur around original purchase value of freeze.
Please get this sorted soon.
