Videocon India — for bad service & defective product

hello sir/mam, my english is not strong but please try to understand what am trying to say from this mail, i have one videocon cell phone due to some technical problem i have submitted my cell phone in your service centre for repair but till the date no buddy consider in my problem 7 days is done to switch off my number that is very pain full & problem for me the switch off number are effecting my personal & social life i continuously talking by mail in your this ID - <[protected]@vmhd.in> but they are only give me nonsatisfaction am using many home appliances of viedoncon but first time i felt very bad experience with viedocon. if possible please help me for that case.
