[Resolved]  Videocon India — Not response in vediocon service center

I gave my videocon tab VT 75-C to the service center(reboot services and solution) in trichy, tamilnadu, for improper sensitivity of touch. They file my number (compliant file number :) VASCTN028J261/261214. But they didnt rectify me the compliant. i gave my tab more than five times for the service till now i not get the solutions. Finally I gave my tab to service 9/12/2014. They didn’t rectify the problem, till now (30/12/2014) I wont get my tab return. For further detail if I call they didn’t response properly.
