[Resolved] Videocon India — Unsatisfied feedback from Service center. | |||
I have purchase your LED 40" DDB on 13/10/14. I had registered my complaint on 06/12/14 ( Reference no. LUC[protected]).When i registered my complaint i got an sms( your service by Jitendra [protected].) He gave our tv report to Area sales Manager Mr Prashant [protected]. When i talk to Prashant, he said that part is not available so he had made purchase order of defective part & will come with in 4 days 11/12/14... & he will return my tv on 15/12/14, , but he hasn't took any action regarding my complaint & now today his wording was call me after 2 hrs, after 2 hours he was not recieved my call or not giving any reply to me. I had purchased Videocon LED Tv 40"DDB .from ValuePlus Invoice no.SNRI-00999 .. as a name of Mrs Hemlata Soni, , , cell no [protected]... Was this information helpful? | |||
