[Resolved]  Videocon India — Videocon A.C not working properly from 1st Day

I have bought an Videocon 5* AC, which is not working from the purchasing date.I have complaint many times at the vendor helpdesk at jaipur. Service center guys visit my place but still the problem is not solved.Then the Vendor person committed me for replacement, but now there is no response .iwant to change my AC with new one another wise i will raise my matter in media and consumer forum.
