I bought Videocon DDB LED 32inch TV from Adishwar Store
Hosur Road, Bangalore in Oct -2013. My customer id[protected].
In March I found two thin lines on the display and complaint
[protected],[protected] has been raised and Technician from service center
analysed and confirmed that it’s a hardware problem and need to replace the
panel. He took all the sales receipt and few pics of the TV to order for new
panel and said that process will take two months.
But however even after two months I didn’t hear anything
form the technician nor from service center. When I tried calling local service
center they refer me to call technician and he asks me to call someone and loop
continues and no one helps in this.
In the mean time I had raised couple of complaints and work
orders are raised 24451604,[protected],[protected] which are closed without
