Dear Sir, I have purchased 32led TV from paytm and contacted to customer care then he booked my service and provided below details - - - Dear Customer Comp.no GUR[protected] will be service by HANSRAJ-[protected], SVC Center [protected] Provide S-Code S93223 only after satisfactory job completion Today engineer come at home for installation but he has denied to installed. I am very surprised that still videocon india has not taken any action to resolve my issue
I have also sent mail to [protected]@vgmail.in but still response awaited.
This type of response will lead to downfall of a any company.
