Videocon India — WORST Videocon AC | |||
We got an AC 2yrs back. it worked well for 6months...later the problem starts. it is the worst AC ever. every 2-3 we got repair and we spent 12000 rupees on the AC only for repairs n 2yrs. even the stabilizer they gives u never works...And coming to the service...there is only one service fellow for videocon in hyderabad who never responds and i faced a very bad experience where no one comes home even after calling several times and also talks in a bad language. Talked with the manager in customer center and raised a complaint regarding the sevice...even he didnt respond. Then what is the use of customer service for videocon? Pls do not buy videocon AC ...worst AC and worst service... Was this information helpful? | |||
