My name is Suryoday S I have purchased a Videocon D2h (id no:[protected] months back and now i have paid for all Malayalam channels and not getting Asianet channels and I tried to complain they are demanding me Rs.200/- For the service change, and it is not even my fault. Please do the need full. If there is a problem I a service provider and the fault is from the company who should bare the expense
