I have purchased videocon d2h tv lcd 3205 under videocon paisa vasool offer 2010., that says "we undertake to pay a sum of rs13, 000 after 6 years and 11months." (Voucher number 37773 dated 28/5/2010

After the maturity period, i have dropped an e-mail to videocon industries on following email id ([protected]@vgmail.in, [protected]@vgmail.in, [protected]@videoconmail.com) but mail bounced back.. No response after sending 4 reminders.

Called the custimer care numbers, and it says number does not exist.

I have attached the photo of the certificate below.

Kindly resolve it.
