[Resolved]  Videocon Industries — change of subscription name

Dear sir/madam,

My friend is a current subscriber of video con d2h. His customer id is[protected]. The subscription is registered under the name of amit mishra. He gave his subscriptions to me. I successfully however changed the registered phone number from my account by logging into it, but i am not able to change the name. So, i request you to change the name to basant bakodiya, which is my name as i am using and paying for this customer id. I am mentioning it below again.
