Videocon Industries — channel not working from last 2 days, account refresh issue | |||||
On 4th feb 2019, i have recharged my videocon d2h account. All channels are not working and showing me insufficient balance error on tv. I called customer care 10 times from last 2 days. It was very bad experience with customer care. They are continuously saying reason that “we are facing technical issue, call after 1 hour” after calling 1 hour customer care saying same reason again and again. I have only request to refresh my account to see all channels. But i don’t have any way to start my tv channels now. And customer care number are not getting connect or busy. When i called last time to customer care, customer care agent disconnected phone without listening or answering me. I am not able to watch my tv from 4th feb 2019. Channels are not working from last 2 days, i have sent all channel selection On d2h website as per new trai rule also. Please look into this, resume my services and extend due date by as i am not able to see tv from last 2 days. Or refund me all my money i will go with other good d2h provider who will provide me better and quick service. I don't have any option to contact videocon and my services are not working ever after paying.
