Videocon Industries — channel opted still not getting service

I have created my own plan and selected Sony pack but it is not available.
I am getting message that Sony is not part of your subscription.

Tried contacting Videocon d2h over phone but cannot contact them. Sent an email but no response from them.

Please help me to resolve the issue.
