Dear videocon d2h team Sub: e16-4 and e30-4 even after account recharge It is high time waiting for your response and to provide any solution to the interrupted serive provided by you. I have repeatedly requested your customer care reparding the issue over telephone and requested them to resolve it at the earliest, but they denying saying that they cannot fix it due to server issue or other technical issues and compelling me provide pay service charge even without providing any service, further with no service money is being deducted from my account. Such monopoly and unethical way to charge customers even not proving any service and wasting my time and efforts in requesting your customer care representatives for the whole day yesterday.
