I am a consumer of videocon d2h service having consumer number as described above. I am facing a problem which can easily be described as unethical business practice of videocon d2h
I recharged my subscription platinum hd in jan 2017 for a year. All of a sudden today i have been suspended viewing of sony ten sports channels. On inquiry, i was explained that it was earlier on promotion and now has been taken off however they never communicated to me that any channel was on promotion and could been taken off with any prior notice. Now i have to pay additional charges for viewing that particular channel. This did not make sense to me as i was viewing this channel for an year now. Most intriguing fact is that at the time of recharging, i had verified whether viewing of any of the channel, now being allowed to me, be suspended later on or not and they have confirmed there shall be no such and there would be a price guarantee.
Now i understand this is a malpractice being continued. Is there any forum or govt dept where we can get justice? If anybody shares any email id or phone number where can we complain, it would be a great help Was this information helpful? |
