[Resolved] Videocon Industries — D2h billing | |||||
My D2H account number is[protected], and Everytime we recharge through Paytm/online and we have to wait for 6-7 days to restart our cable services. That too when we call to customer care. In total we have lost almost 25+ days of services due to this, and paid unnecessary to you guys. I need a compensation of this now. Either provide a 25 days of free services or payback my money. For this when I have sent the email to Videocon. I received very dissatisfactory reply. I st reply We would like to inform you that currently your product with customer ID –[protected] is out of warranty and therefore as a company service policy there will be service visit charge of Rs. 200/- applicable and In case of any defective part/product replacement required necessary charges will be communicated by the service engineer during the time of visit. We request you to please click on the link given below for more details regarding service charges. When I have resent the email to read it properly then I received below reply, that we have not received complaint from you, hence no waiver is applicable. What the nonsense was this, I didn't understand. That you recharge and dont get services until you call to customer care. Means you give money freely to them. Was this information helpful? | |||||
