Inspite of several complaint raised through d2h website not responded,
Also the customer care contact not responding,
Amount is deducted but channels are not adding, unable to view any programme.
Please look into the matter as an urgent.
I have recharge my d2h account for rs 300/- on 15th april 2020, my balance was 306/- on that date.
I checked my account and found that my subscribed channels are not coming. When i am adding my chanels, my account has been deducted multiple times but the channel not coming, my account was reduced by rs 136/- in a single day.
When i am contacting customer care, they ignoring any solution for me also told me that they will not do anything due to gps problem during lockdown.
I have been suffered a lot as i am unable to view my channels, also my monthly charges with extra amount deducted every day.
The d2h website and it's app / sms services for the same is not working to update my monthly package.
The worst d2h service i am troubling with this company.
Lastly the customer care call centre not attending not lodge complaint for redressal of same.
Neither they took up the calls, they are just befooling the customer that they are working from home during covid19 lockdown.
The govt in the recent order has permitted the cable operators to work and open offices from 20th april but today also they are not responding.
I would like to draw attention that this d2h company is worst with it's fraudulent team who only fooling their customers and doing fraudulent deductions.
