I had by mistake made a payment of rs 3, 000/- on 25th february 2020 by paytm to recharge my d2h connection instead of less than rs 300/- that was due.
Requested customer care to reimburse the balance. But they said that i will need to pay the actual amount due or more, and then the 3000/- would be reimbursed. So on the same day i paid an additional 300/-.
The customer care said on follow up that they had reimbursed the 3000/-, but as i did not receive it, they asked me to send the paytm statement which i did twice as on 7th match & 17th march, where no such reimbursement was made.
In spite of following up multiple times with customer care and the karnataka nodal officer, there is no response whatsoever. I hope that the amount has been conveniently sent to a wrong account.
Will appreciate if this matter can be taken up with d2h.

Possibly as a response to this complaint I got a message from one Hardol singh from your [email protected] saying that refund is not possible without even looking at the previous extensive correspondence with both [email protected], [email protected] and
[email protected].
Your customercare has said the money was refunded but apparently it has leaked to someone else, if what they said was true.
