[Resolved] Videocon Industries — d2h is not working last 4 days

My d2h is last 4 days
I was call 8 time in customer service but he tell us every time that will happen some thing and he will be charged to my account per day and my family not seen the tv for campany excuse
I will pay for set up box replacement charges in engineer hand but campany will charged by my d2h account
Then campany not except his fault
