I have sent a complaint and 2 reminder to nodal officer Mumbai but no reply received.
Our TV screen goes blank with caption "Signal not available". This is not only during heavy rain but even when few rain drops fall. To-day it is sunny but since 3.30 PM we do not have Any channel working. What is the need of Nodal officer if does not respond.
