My customer id is[protected]. I requested for service as my dth was showing no signal on 13th october 2019 by calling customer care. The engineer came next day. He inspected the dish and told it's damaged so need to replace with a new one. I asked him to repair the existing one but he outrightly denied. So i asked him to replace with a new one as i had no other option. After installing the new dish he took 750 rs from me. When i asked for bill he told they don't provide bill. I called the customer care they also told company don't provide the bill. When i asked the reason they can't gave me any specific reason. Why they are not providing bills as i am paying for the service. Is there a different rule for dth service providers? Can you please take action against such misconduct.
