Videocon Industries — d2h not working worst service ever!!

D2h is not working for us from past 5 day, i have raised 5 tickets each day saying not working, till now one has come to check whats the issue. Is this the kind of service you guys offer to your customers??

Please resolve it asap or else let me know to whom should i reach out to get it resolved.
