I have one id of videocon dth and two connection last few days i notice that recharge value is high before new trai rules my recharge is 650-700 for Two connection now it is 1000+ i checked online & call customer care for change my plan they told me it only possible online. Now from last two i have changed my plan many times & call customer care but either plan change neither they give me answer my question. What i do. My customer id is 80706348 my name is naveen kumar. I recharged vediocon D2H yesterday.Customer service not able to update the same and cut the call. Take action on them who is sitting but not solve queries.

My fare increase to Rs. 534 without even 1 hd channel after trai order of specific base pack for each customer.Don't know which packs activated and not even allowing to creAte own pack properly. Whole d2h infinity app is rubbish. It's like robbing customer money from pocket.
