My channels have been suddenly deactivated despite showing the pack as new south gold. Tried calling the customer care several times, despite got the feedback as they are always busy and cannot contact them.

Kindly take any actions or let us know the procedure of disconnecting and never using their worst service again.
I[censored] can't provide the service why are you charging us for the pack/ product.
We strongly recommend a feedback as soon as possible
