Videocon Industries — d2h videocon create my own pack they do not upgrade

Hi sir
I have from last 3-4 months trying to create my own pack through the following website https://www.d2h.com/map-web.php, but they never upgrade it ever.
The pack that i created is of 153.*, and when i go for recharge it asks the same old amount. They never upgrade it as the old amount is rs. 400+ per month.

Also the website "create my own pack", has some issues if we continuously try to create our own account, each subsequent edit increases the rate.

Kindly help me get my own pack value.
