Since last three weeks, we are facing the problem to watch the tv, as the channels are automatically changes by itself. We were contacted to the[protected] so many times but still unresolved. Some times your team hold the lines for too long times, some time is automatically cut off. We already paid/recharge for enjoying the services but why we are not getting good quality services.
In view of the above request you to kindly get it rectified the problem as soon as possible. And arrange a call back from your good office.
