Videocon Industries — discontinue of customer id 80738609 | |||
Dear sir, I am having a videocon d2h connection with customer id no. 80738609 activated new diamond pack from initial connection date onwards where you agreed to provide some specific channels. It is observed that from 16/04/2019 onwards following chennels found disconnected such as zee bangla, star jalsa, colours bangla, akash bangla, sony8 and several other chennels without my knowledge and my consent. Even though i am having inr 1230/ in my videocon d2h prepaid account. Despite several reminders through phone dated 18/04/2019 and 19/04/2019 neither you resolve the issue nor disconnect the services and return my money back. Since you were unable to provide me the agreed services. And without providing services you were charging on daily basis. Hence it is a illegal practice and cheating by videocon d2h.
