Videocon Industries — display is black, not playing videos

I purchased videocon tv 3 years back, now i am facing issues in my tv's screen is block, its under warranty only but the service partner not responding properly they asking for money to replacement, if any physical damage only can accept the charges there is no damage also why they asking service charge to replace the items. Then why they given warranty card and all. Please take action immediate for this problem thank you.
