Videocon Industries — DTH Recharge Refund

I requested to surrender the D2h since i moved. I wanted the refund for my remaining balance of two months as i had recharged for a year.
However, the customer call centre says that no refund would be provided
This is unfair. Eventhough, am not using, why should i pay you ?
My customer ID is 80623940
The call to the customer call centre was made today
