Hi,
I had called to the customer call centre requesting to surrender my D2h since i shifted & requested for the remaining balance (3 months worth of recharge amount) as i had made yearly recharge last year.
However, the call centre person refused saying no refund would be provided.
When i am not using the service why should i pay the company ? is it a penalty for me to not use your services ?
