Complaint n paid 200 rupees for no signals at starting, my setup box was changed but problem remain .again when i am Complaining the same service charge of 200 are required . want to know why ? Why it was not repaired in first attempt ? If not why was i charged? Again why charges for same problem???

I HAVE ALREADY PAID 1200 RS FOR A BOX REPLACEMENT & I DEMAND FOR A REFUND OF 800 RS THAT I HAVE BEEN ASKED TO PAY EXTRA I was informed by the cust care exec to pay 400 rs for getting a replacement, but your engineer demanded 1200 rs... Why?
