I am hopeless on videocon d2h services and processes they follow on customer service and resolution to their queries and concerns.
Big scale fraud is going on, every time videocon is adding additional channels to your package and start charging customers. Even for additional channel they don’t seek customer consent, their representatives are playing with the process and just for some incentive they are adding channels to existing customers pack.
Wanted to bring to your notice, even calling their customer care is of no use. They don’t listen and don’t have anything to do with customer service or problems.
It’s worse, please help me with my problem and assist how to take this further. I think if you investigate, you will come to know about big fraud.
