I had complaint one month back regarding no signal to my set top box, the technician adviced to change the set top box by paying rs 400/- issue sold for time being, the same complaint was repeated in a week he adviced to change me lmb which was changed by them 2 months back due to signal issue., byt still i changed it n paid 300/- he didnt gave receipt against the payment. This time it didnt lasted for even two days again i called customer care n lodged the complaint again he got repaired but now after 8 days same problem had occured once again i tried to call the customer care to lodge a complaint but found a poor response from the executive as while speaking to them it was not like speaking with a call centre executive it was like speaking with a person who is in a bar buzzing and speaking in a rude manner this i have experienced twice when i called today at 21.30 n 21.35. So i felt something wrong in this so i bought to your notice as they had not registered my complaint. Secondly plz replace my set top box full unit with a new unit free of cost as from last year onwards i am facing such problems frequently orelse give me the charges of set top box n lmb which he had istalled few days back.
Plz revert to this and take action on the executive who have attended my call. U can listen to my call recording which he had with me. Was this information helpful? |
