I am long time customer in d2h. But in that time you are just provide horrible service. I recharge my account on 16 march. Recharge done but chanel not active. Many time i doing process to active chanel's. I call in your customer care services 4 time. But they are fully horrible. I have one call recording also. I have to give it social side. Firstly they not speck. If they speck they are only say call next day. I am request that to give phone to any senior but he give me no respond. I clear you something that i recharge on 16 march. After that i not show any thing only show insufficient balance. But i check in account you deducted every day charge. If i am not using this why you cut the amount. It is really horrible service. I request you please give me my amount of money which i recharge. After that please close the connection i do not want to continue your services. Very bad services from d2h. I give you my all details kindly check and confirm.
