I m videocon d2h user, my user id is[protected]. I m facing lot of issues from this service. Last 4 month before i registered the complain for set upbox, then call center executive suggest to me that you need to changed your set upbox bcoz it's out of service, then one of engineer came to my house, he checked everything, then he started processing of change the set upbox, then he said your set upbox is out of service, it's need to be changed, then he said i don't have hd box, he have only old set upbox, he said right now fixed the old model and day after tomorrow once he get new hd box from company, then he again came and replace them, we trusted him bcoz he said everyone knows me of versova's people. But that day onwards he doesn't pick up my call or doesn't reply any msg.
I complained so many times to call center against him, every executive pick up the call, listening the whole story, then they said we are registered your complain and resolve before 24 hours. So many times i spoke with senior executive, they also doing same, one of said tommorow engineer came to your home for replace product, one of take the call put the phone beside, one of cut the phone.
