I had recharged few days back as per my earlier platinum hd pack for 750/month but i am still unable to see the channels. The money is getting deducted from my account daily and i have been calling customer care from last 2 weeks, all they say is ‘system is down, please call back’. I am very disappointed with the d2h service, it was never so lame.
