Hi, we had purchased a videocon d2h connection and they gave a HD set top box. later one day, that was before warrenty period the set top box stopped working, hence we raised a complaint. videocon person came to change it and he said that we need to pay for it because the warranty has expired, so we called the customer care and clarified to the person about the warranty that is still not expired. so he changed the box for free and went. i was not at home during this process and later when i went home and checked they had put the SD set top box instead of the HD set top box we had before. i had called the customer care numerous times and they are arguing that the previous product was SD box. but i have the proof of the HD box that we where using. i Request the videocon people to kindly replace the SD box with HD box without any cost, as it was not our fault.
I had attached the photos of the old d2h hd set top box as a proof.
