Incident : volume of tv suddenly stop working
Part changed on 25th oct and again on 30th oct it stop working, again complaint raised on 31st which is attended on 2nd nov by tekcare india pvt. Ltd. But technician said that the mother board is damaged and even the tv stop working, there is a problem of sound bar which were replaced but that while repairing mother board also damaged.in just three years of time these are the issues which i am facing.
I tried reaching mr. Narayan also who is a service head of branch but he never picked up a phone nor even call back and i also dropped him a multiple messages but no revert.
I have written in twitter many time the only revert which i get in twitter from videocon is "that they have informed their service team and they will contact me soon" and this soon is about 15 days.
Due to non availability of tv for last 15 days, my 4 year old son get addicted of mobile phone for watching cartoon and playing games.
I will raise the complaint in consumer forum now Was this information helpful? |
